CANTABRIAN FISHERIES
Anchovies are a semi-preserved product and should be kept refrigerated to ensure they last their full shelf life in perfect condition. However, the product can last several days out of the fridge without being negatively affected.
Traditionally made in Reinosa-Cantabria.
Its meat has a soft texture and an intense flavour, characteristically Cantabrian.
Unmatched by anchovies caught in other areas.
It can be eaten by itself, on toast, or accompanied by tomato and a few drops of olive oil.
