The outstanding quality of our tinned tuna is partly thanks to our processing system – as soon as the fresh tuna arrives at our facilities, parts are immediately cut and put into the tins.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
When preparing our product we take extra special care of the raw materials to offer the highest-quality final product.
Our tinned tuna is made as follows:
-Reception of fish
-Cutting (extraction of parts of tuna intended for preserving)
-We select the Ventresca del Atún.
-Cooking, in a water and salt solution.
– Maintenance and refrigeration.
– Manual skin removal.
– Manual packaging.
– One of the key steps to achieve our exclusive flavor is the addiction to the best olive oils from Andalusia.
– Subsequently, the cans are hermetically sealed, as well as sterilized in autoclaves to obtain a completely sterile product.
The tins are then washed and dried before proceeding with their packaging and boxing. The process concludes with storage of the product for subsequent shipment.
