Visitors have been able to learn first-hand about the advances in healthy eating, sustainability, digitalization and automation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">More than 3,200 exhibiting companies from 68 countries have presented their latest innovations and solutions to around 107,900 professionals, of which 25% came from 120 different countries. This large influx of visitors, both national and international, demonstrates the interest aroused by the fair and its ability to attract the main players in the sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The success of the fair has also been reflected in its economic impact, which is estimated at 180 million euros. Being the mackerel from our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usisa.com\/filetes-de-caballa-de-andalucia-en-aceite-oliva-tejero-1kg\/\">TEJERO <\/a> brand, the main protagonist of a great dish prepared in the showcooking days, with the help of the Andalusian association <a href=\"https:\/\/landaluz.es\/home\/\">LANDALUZ<\/a>.
