We only work with seasonal species to ensure their survival and breeding.

We remove the skin by hand to avoid the use of chemicals and guarantee the best flavour and product quality.

We value and pass on the legacy we’ve inherited, and are 100% committed to the environment that’s allowed us to develop our activity. We try to use exclusively Andalusian produce, in most cases from Isla Cristina itself, to make the most of the richness of our land and promote our gastronomic heritage all over the world.
