To consume the product, first desalt it with water.
When preparing our product we take extra special care of the raw materials to offer the highest-quality final product. The Tuna is cut by hand to extract the loin. It’s cut into cubes and preserved in brine (water and salt).
A very traditional way to eat it is with garlic.
