PRODUCTION PROCESS

When preparing our product we take extra special care of the raw materials to offer the highest-quality final product. The Tuna is cut by hand to extract the loin. It’s cut into cubes and preserved in brine (water and salt).

A very typical way to prepare it to consume it would be with garlic.
