Our tinned tuna, in all its different formats and varieties, is a seasonal product that provides a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals, and whose only preservative is salt and oil. This produce is a great source of Omega-3.

The outstanding quality of our tinned tuna is partly thanks to our processing system – as soon as the fresh tuna arrives at our facilities, parts are immediately cut and put into the tins. Its flavour is enhanced by the covering liquid, which comes in a number of different formats, including with olive oil, sunflower oil or tomato sauce, and in its natural or low in salt versions.

When preparing our product we take extra special care of the raw materials to offer the highest-quality final product.
Our tinned tuna is made as follows:
Fish reception
Ronqueo (removal of parts of tuna intended for canning)
Cooking, in a water and salt solution.
Maintenance and refrigeration.
Manual skin removal.
Packaging using balers
One of the key steps in achieving our unique flavor is the addition of the finest olive oils from Andalusia, brine for making natural tuna, and tomato sauce.
After, the tins are hermetically sealed and sterilised in autoclaves to obtain a completely sterile product.
The tins are then washed and dried before proceeding with their packaging and boxing.
The process concludes with storage of the product for subsequent shipment.
