Our tinned natural Mackerel is always prepared following the same traditional process:
- Reception of the fish.
- Head removal, gutting and washing.
- We put the mackerel in the tin.
- Steam cooking.
- Addition of water and salt.
- Autoclave treatment.
- Tin washing.
- Storage and dispatch.
