Preparation process:
During the production process of canned Cod Roe we take special care with the raw materials we use, carrying out the pertinent controls to guarantee consumers a quality product.
The Cod Roes must always be made following the same traditional procedures:
- Reception of the fish.
- Cooking in salted water.
- Cut and packed by hand.
- Addition of olive oil.
- Tinning.
- Autoclave treatment.
- Can washing.
- Storage and dispatch.
