- Maintenance and refrigeration.
- Manual skin removal.
- Manual packaging.
- Addition of olive oil.
- Autoclave treatment.
- Can washing.
- Storage and dispatch.
Canutera frigate mackerel fillets have a greyish-white colour, a compact texture, and a characteristic aroma and taste unlike anything you’ll find with other tuna. Product protected by the Melva de Andalucía PGI.
